They arrived promptly in the morning as scheduled to set up, and the team was both helpful and courteous. While I was initially inclined to give a 5-star rating, I've been experiencing difficulties since Friday the 22nd in getting them to return and dismantle the scaffolding. Despite numerous calls, a voice note, voice message, and several texts, I have yet to receive a response. Leaving scaffolding up for an extended period without daily work being done raises security concerns. Could you please ensure that they arrange to have the scaffolding removed today? Thank you.

I contacted C&A London Scaffolding to do a painting job for me. They was professional from start to finish, they came and put the scaffolding up with no stress and when requested to take the scaffolding down it was done promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

Expressing my frustration with this company is an understatement. I’ve been waiting for them to remove the scaffolding since Friday 25th October, and trying to contact them was a hassle until Tuesday. We finally agreed they'd take it down by 5pm on Tuesday, the 29th. I waited, but they never showed. I had to call back, only to hear the same unsatisfactory excuse. They then promised it would be done Wednesday morning, but that was pushed to 3pm with assurance they wouldn’t miss it. Yet again, they failed to appear. At 4:04pm, I received a call asking if they could still come, with no apology for missing the 3pm appointment. Neither my wife nor I were home, so I asked if my son could be there to let them in through the garden. I called to confirm their arrival time and was told they'd be there in an hour, which meant 5:15pm. As I write this, it’s 6:17pm, and they still haven’t shown up or contacted us to explain breaking their promise once again. This has been a complete waste of our time, and I doubt I’ll use their services in the future. Tim.

I paid in full the day after it went up, following explanation over the phone that the invoice terms of 30 days were incorrect and that immediate payment was needed so staff could be paid. Workmen were happy with the scaffolding and completed on 31st Jan. I emailed C&A the following day to ask for the scaffolding to be taken down asap. No reply as at 8th Feb. I hope it can be taken down soon.
